Spencer L. Allred graduated from law school at the University of Wyoming in May of 2009. During his third year of law school, Spencer had the rare opportunity to work part time as a Deputy County Attorney for Albany County, Wyoming. There he was able to gain valuable experience in the criminal justice system and also to hone his courtroom skills. During his time there, he negotiated numerous misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as completing many bench trials and also two felony jury trials, both of which ended in convictions.

Spencer received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming in Accounting prior to attending Law School. This gave him valuable insight into the policies and procedures that are employed in the business world.

Spencer also spent many years working in the construction industry. From residential to commercial construction, Spencer has the specialized knowledge and skills to understand all aspects of the construction trade and the types of injuries that can result from it.
